Pay only for what you actually use
Modular licensing combined with role-based user pricing. This combination is not offered by established Swedish ERP systems.
Other systems: one user licence giving access to everything, whether the person uses it or not. 12 employees × one fixed licence = you pay for 12 full licences.
Maxameter: you choose which modules you need (orders, inventory, production, CRM, OCR, AI...) and which role each user has. A warehouse worker doesn't need access to invoicing — and you don't pay for it either.
Result: approximately 30–50% lower monthly cost compared to traditional ERP systems for similar operations.
Worked example — approximate prices
Manufacturer with 12 employees: 3 sales/admin (full access), 4 warehouse/production staff (limited access), 5 people who only read reports.
Approximate prices. Actual cost varies with supplier, modules and contract terms.
Pre-configured Editions for specific industries
For when you need a solution that "speaks" your industry from day one. Editions are pre-configured versions of the main variants with industry-specific product parameters, terminology and workflows — we adapt them to your first pilot customer's needs.
Stone Edition
3D configurator and automated quoting for the stone industry: gravestones, worktops, window sills, stairs.
See demo →→Metal Edition
For metal fabrication and prefab metal. CAD-driven configuration and CAM export.
See demo →→Magnet Edition
3D configurator for industrial magnets. Interactive product configuration and automated quoting.
See demo →→Build Edition
For prefab and building-system manufacturers. 3D configurator for modules, automated delivery calculations.
Contact us →→Expo Edition
For exhibition stand manufacturers. 3D configurator for stands with automatic transport and assembly calculations.
Contact us →→Custom Edition
No Edition fits your industry? We build one. Industry-specific pre-configuration costs more in implementation, but the result is fully tailored.
Contact us →→Expand the system as you grow
All add-ons can be activated as you go, and pricing is specified in your quote. If a module is missing, we build it for you.
Production, MRP, CRM, quality, e-invoicing, banking integration, projects and more.
Forecasting, CRM assistant, inventory optimisation, customer service chat and more.
Fortnox, Visma, Hogia, Björn Lundén, SpeedLedger, Dynamics and more.
Implementation as a project, operation as a service
Maxameter is cloud-based but not standard SaaS. We tailor the system to your products, processes and customer flows — then we run it for you.
Requirements specification
We map your processes, products and needs. We define which modules you actually need.
Configuration & customisation
The system is tailored to your business. Data import from your existing system. Testing.
Training & go-live
Training adapted to your team's experience. Then go-live and ongoing support.
Typical implementation time: 1–3 months depending on package and complexity. Traditional ERP systems on the market typically take 3–12 months.
Pilot Program — become a pilot customer
We are looking for 1–3 manufacturers who want to be among the first to use Maxameter and have direct influence on the system's development. In return, we offer substantially reduced terms.
Offer valid only until 31 August 2026
Pricing questions answered
How does Maxameter compare on price to Monitor, Visma and Pyramid?
Three concrete differences compared with established ERP systems such as Monitor, Visma, Pyramid, Jeeves and Dynamics 365: (1) Licensing. They charge a fixed licence per user regardless of what the person actually uses. Maxameter charges per module + per user role — the warehouse worker doesn't need access to invoicing, and you don't pay for it either. (2) Integrated 3D product configurator. None of the established Swedish ERP systems has an integrated industrial 3D configurator — it has to be built separately and integrated via API, which costs in both licences and maintenance. With Maxameter, the configurator is part of the system. (3) Integrated e-commerce with design freedom. Competitors' e-commerce modules are either add-on packages or separate products — and they are limited in terms of graphic design and custom functionality. Maxameter's online shop is tailored per customer and is part of the ERP system, not a bolt-on. The result is typically 30–50% lower monthly cost for manufacturers with mixed user roles, plus you get features that otherwise require several separate systems.
What does Maxameter cost per month?
Three main variants: Industrial 3D Product Configurator from 4,500 SEK/month, ERP & Configurator from 8,000 SEK/month, ERP & E-commerce from 5,500 SEK/month. Implementation comes in addition, from 80,000–120,000 SEK depending on variant. The final price depends on which modules and users you need. All prices exclude VAT.
How does module-based licensing work?
You pay per module (orders, inventory, production, CRM etc.) and per user with a role level (e.g. full 1,000 SEK, limited 600 SEK, read-only 300 SEK per user per month). This is how you avoid paying for features and access you don't use.
What is included in the implementation fee?
Requirements specification, parameterisation, data import from your existing system, custom print templates, integration with accounting software, and training adapted to your team's needs. The scope is detailed in your quote.
Can I start small and expand?
Yes, that is the whole point of module-based licensing. All add-on modules are activated as needed without additional implementation. Add AI modules, accounting integrations or production modules when you need them.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Standard 12 months for the monthly licence after implementation, then month-to-month. Pilot Program customers may have different terms. You always own your data.
What happens if we stop paying the monthly licence?
Your website, database and customer data remain — you don't lose your information. However, the platform's engines stop working without an active licence: the configurator, ERP functions, e-commerce. You also lose updates, support and ongoing development. If you wish to terminate, we help you with data export and migration.
What happens if we want to move away from Maxameter?
You receive a complete export of your database and files on request, with no exit fees. We help with migration to another host or another system if you wish (consultancy time is billed separately). No technical or licensing blockers — your data is yours.
What is the difference between the monthly licence and consultancy time?
The monthly licence covers the platform engine, hosting, support, security updates and normal ongoing development — everything you need for the system to function and evolve. Consultancy time is billed separately for customer-specific customisations, new integrations, training beyond standard scope, and projects outside your activated modules. The exact scope of the monthly licence is specified in your individual quote.
