Which modules are included in the base package?
The base package includes 13 modules: customer register with price lists and discounts, item register, inventory management with real-time balances and multiple warehouse locations, order and quote management, bill of materials/BOM with multi-level structures, inventory valuation (FIFO/LIFO), purchasing management, accounts receivable, CRM with contact history, basic statistics dashboard, user management with role-based permissions, mobile-responsive interface and multilingual support. In addition, there are 30+ add-on modules and 11 AI modules.
Can Maxameter integrate with Fortnox, Visma or Hogia?
Yes. Maxameter integrates with all leading Swedish accounting systems: Fortnox, Visma/Visma eEkonomi, Hogia, Björn Lundén (BL), SpeedLedger, Spiris, Wint and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Integration is done via REST API, EDI or direct database connection. Missing an integration? We'll build it for you – we have our own in-house development team.
How does Maxameter differ from Monitor and Visma?
Maxameter is the only Swedish ERP with a built-in 3D product configurator and automatic CAD generation integrated into the entire ERP flow. Unlike Monitor, Maxameter is fully web-based (no client installation) and is customized per customer by an in-house development team. Compared to Visma, Maxameter offers integrated e-commerce and CMS without third-party solutions.
Does Maxameter offer AI features?
Yes. Maxameter offers 11 AI modules trained on the customer's own data: purchasing forecasts, sales forecasts, CRM assistant, automatic accounting, inventory optimization, price optimization, product descriptions, customer insights, customer service chat, customer service phone and anomaly detection. All AI modules are sold as add-ons to all packages.
What does Maxameter ERP cost?
Maxameter is offered in four packages: Manufacturer (from SEK 6,000/month, 3 users), Configurator with 3D product configurator (from SEK 12,000/month, 5 users), E-commerce as add-on (from SEK 3,000/month) and 3D Standalone without ERP replacement (from SEK 3,500/month). Implementation from SEK 80,000–250,000 depending on package. Each customer receives a customized quote.
Can I get modules that don't exist today?
Yes. Maxameter is developed by an in-house team. If you're missing a module or feature, we'll build it for you. The same applies to integrations – we create custom connections to any system via REST API or EDI. This is one of Maxameter's strongest advantages compared to standard systems like Monitor or Visma.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Maxameter is 100% web-based and runs in your browser – computer, tablet or mobile. No client installation, no VPN, no updates to manage. All you need is an internet connection.
How long does an implementation take?
Depending on the package and complexity, an implementation typically takes 4–12 weeks. The Manufacturer package includes 1–2 days of training, Configurator 2–3 days. Training takes place on-site or via video meeting. The system is customized to your business during the implementation.
