How does Maxameter differ from Monitor, Visma or Dynamics 365?
Unlike traditional ERP systems like Monitor, Maxameter is fully web-based and has a built-in 3D product configurator with automatic CAD generation. Compared to Visma ERP and Dynamics 365, Maxameter offers a unique combination of ERP, CMS and e-commerce in the same system – with product configurators that let your customers create products directly on your website. Each installation is tailored to your business, unlike standard systems that you have to adapt to.

Can I buy just the product configurator without the ERP?
Yes. Maxameter's Industrial 3D Product Configurator is available as a standalone solution. It can be integrated into your existing website and used for quote requests, PDF generation and CAD export – without changing your ERP system.
Can Maxameter integrate with Fortnox or Hogia?
Yes. Maxameter handles the entire business flow – orders, inventory, invoicing, purchasing – and can be connected to Fortnox or Hogia for bookkeeping. You keep your existing accounting system and let Maxameter handle the rest.
What does Maxameter cost?
Maxameter is offered in four packages: • Manufacturer (from SEK 6,000/month) • Configurator (from SEK 12,000/month) • E-commerce add-on (from SEK 3,000/month) • 3D Standalone (from SEK 3,500/month) Each implementation is tailored and a one-time fee applies for customization and onboarding. We currently offer reduced prices for early partners through our Partner Start program.
How long does an implementation take?
A typical implementation takes 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. As an early partner, you work closely with our development team and receive the system gradually adapted to your business.
Which CAD formats does Maxameter support?
Maxameter's Industrial 3D Product Configurator generates CAD files in STEP, DWG/DXF, STL, IGES and PDF formats. The files are created automatically directly from the customer's configuration – no external CAD software needed.
